The main goal of the project is to develop an innovative IT product prototype with strong growth potential, powered by artificial intelligence.
The project is implemented by MB Juodas Septynioliktas (Black Seventeen) and focuses on the creation of BreezeInvoice – an AI-driven solution that automatically detects and processes invoices directly from email inboxes. This system will help small and medium-sized businesses reduce manual, repetitive work and improve bookkeeping accuracy by automating the capture, extraction, and validation of accounting data.
In today’s business environment, efficiency and process automation are essential. While accounting software and data processing tools exist, small businesses still spend significant time locating and manually forwarding invoices from their inboxes. Current solutions often rely on manual user input, which introduces errors and wastes valuable time. There is no effectively operating AI-based solution that seamlessly integrates with email systems to handle accounting document management. BreezeInvoice addresses this gap by eliminating the need for manual intervention and ensuring timely, accurate, and automated invoice processing.
To achieve the project goal, the following activities (project stages) will be carried out:
- Creation of the system mock-up.
- Creation of the prototype.
The project will be implemented within 12 months from the date of signing the agreement and will reach R&D Stage 6 – a product prototype created.
Total project value 114 628 Eur, of which 86 000 Eur is allocated from European Union funds. The project implementation period is from July 2024 to July 2025.
